3 Day Silent Mindfulness &Yoga Retreat

A beautiful retreat to help you cultivate your mindfulness practice, indulge in some gentle yoga , reflection and rest. Charlotte has designed this retreat to help rejuvenate your spirit and refresh your mind. Delicious vegetarian food, herbal teas and healthy organic snacks are provided to nourish your body. The next retreat will be held in the beautiful rainforest surrounds of Byfield June 2017; perfect for a hot cup of chai next to a warm fire. This retreat is open to all levels of experience. It is gentle and supportive with plenty of rest and reflection time.
